Common Questions

What clients usually ask

Do you handle hardware design?
We focus on firmware, embedded software, and cloud — and partner with established hardware-design houses for schematic, PCB layout, and contract manufacturing. We've shipped the integration end of dozens of hardware programmes.
What about OTA updates?
Non-negotiable. Every product we ship has a tested OTA pipeline with A/B partitioning, signed firmware, rollback on watchdog reset, and observability into update success rates. We've never bricked a device fleet.
Edge AI or cloud AI?
Edge for privacy-sensitive, low-latency, or offline-capable workloads. Cloud for heavy models, frequent updates, or bandwidth-cheap deployments. Most products are hybrid — small models at the edge, large models in cloud.
Can you customise Android (AOSP)?
Yes — full AOSP / BSP work including custom HALs, kernel patches, vendor partition customisation, and OEM branding. Deployed to point-of-sale, kiosks, in-vehicle infotainment, and industrial tablets.
What about cybersecurity for IoT?
Built in from day one — secure boot, hardware root of trust, encrypted communications, certificate-based device identity, and ongoing vulnerability management. Aligned with IEC 62443 and ETSI EN 303 645.
