What we ship

Infrastructure that scales — and stays cheap

Cloud done badly is a slow-motion disaster: spiraling bills, fragile pipelines, mystery outages. Cloud done well is invisible — it just works, costs what you expected, and recovers from failure on its own.

  • Greenfield cloud architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • On-premises → cloud migrations with regional data residency
  • Kubernetes (EKS / AKS / GKE) for stateful and stateless workloads
  • Infrastructure as Code in Terraform / Pulumi — fully versioned
  • CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo, or Jenkins
  • Observability — OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
  • FinOps — cost visibility, rightsizing, savings plans, chargeback
  • SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA-aligned operational practices

Where We Ship

Common engagements

Cloud migration

Lift-and-shift, replatform, or refactor — depending on the workload. Regional data residency for India, GCC, and EU clients. Zero-downtime cutovers.

Kubernetes platforms

Production-grade EKS / AKS / GKE clusters with GitOps deployment, mesh networking, autoscaling, and golden-path templates for application teams.

Infrastructure as Code

Terraform / Pulumi modules with environment promotion, drift detection, and policy-as-code in OPA / Sentinel. No clicked-around production.

CI/CD pipelines

Build, test, scan, and deploy — fast feedback, zero-downtime rollouts, blue/green and canary, and rollback paths that actually work.

Observability & SRE

OpenTelemetry instrumentation, SLO/SLA frameworks, on-call runbooks, blameless postmortems, and incident-response procedures.

FinOps & cost control

Cost visibility dashboards, rightsizing audits, RI/savings-plan procurement, anomaly detection, and chargeback to business units.

Process

How we run cloud projects

Audit

Current state, cost baseline, security posture, compliance requirements, and migration risks documented in week one.

Architect

Target architecture, regional design, network topology, identity, and operational runbook — reviewed before any cloud account is touched.

Build platform

Foundational accounts, IaC modules, CI/CD, observability, and security baselines — production-grade from day one.

Migrate & cut over

Workload-by-workload, with rehearsal, soak time, and rollback. No big-bang migrations.

Operate

Optional managed-platform retainer — on-call, capacity planning, and continuous cost optimisation.

Common Questions

What clients usually ask

AWS, Azure, or GCP?
All three are excellent. The choice usually comes down to existing ecosystem (Microsoft shop → Azure), regional requirements (GCC has growing Azure / AWS regions), or specific services (BigQuery, Vertex AI). We're truly platform-agnostic.
Should we use Kubernetes?
Only if you actually need it. For 60% of workloads, managed services (App Runner, Container Apps, Cloud Run) are simpler and cheaper. Kubernetes shines when you have many services, complex routing, or platform-team economies of scale.
How do we control cloud costs?
Three levers — visibility (tag everything, dashboards per team), rightsizing (most workloads run 30-60% over-provisioned), and commitments (RIs, savings plans). We typically recover 25-45% in the first quarter on existing accounts.
Are you certified?
Our engineers hold AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, and CKA / CKAD certifications. Operational practices align to SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Cloud bill creeping up? Migration looming?

We'll diagnose honestly and quote a realistic path forward — whether that's optimisation, migration, or a fresh build.
