VR training with AI-driven coaching
Combined our XR and AI practices to ship a VR safety simulator with a real-time LLM coach for a manufacturing client across 14 plants. The coach observes the trainee's actions, asks questions, and tailors scenarios to expose individual weaknesses. Replaced 40 hours of classroom training with 6 hours of VR + AI feedback.
Multi-brand commerce platform with AI personalisation
Migrated 12 brands from fragmented Magento 1 / WooCommerce instances onto a single Shopify Plus + headless Hydrogen platform on AWS — with a shared AI personalisation layer for product discovery, search, and recommendations. Customers see one storefront experience; merchants share inventory, customers, and fulfilment.
Smart-city sensor mesh with predictive analytics
Designed and deployed a 1.2M-sensor mesh across 40 municipalities — air quality, traffic, water, energy. Built the cloud-side data platform on Snowflake, with predictive models surfacing congestion, pollution events, and infrastructure risk to municipal dashboards, mobile apps, and public APIs.
