Common questions

Will it work without internet?
Yes. The POS terminal operates fully offline — orders, payments, KDS communication, all work locally. Once internet returns, everything syncs automatically with no manual intervention. We've shipped this in beach restaurants and remote ski lodges where connection drops daily.
Do we need to buy specific hardware?
No — works on any modern Android tablet or iPad. We recommend Epson TM-m30III printers, Star Micronics cash drawers, and Honeywell barcode scanners (all natively supported). We sell pre-configured hardware bundles separately if you want plug-and-play.
How does it handle GST / VAT / ZATCA e-invoicing?
Built-in. India GST with e-invoice IRN generation, UAE FTA tax invoices, KSA ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing with QR codes and digital signatures, Qatar VAT — all handled automatically per outlet location. Audit-ready logs included.
Can we migrate from PetPooja / Posist / Square / TouchBistro?
Yes — we have migration tools for the most common POS systems. Menu, customer data, recipe costing, and 12 months of historical sales typically transfer cleanly. Migration takes 1-2 weeks per outlet.
What about cloud kitchens with multiple brands on one address?
Specifically supported. Multi-brand assignment per kitchen, separate menus / pricing / delivery integration per brand, but unified inventory and staff scheduling. Critical for the cloud kitchen model.
