What it is

A modern HR and office-ops platform designed for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets and manual attendance machines but don’t want the complexity (or price) of SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.

Most HR software either costs a fortune and ignores local statutory rules, or it’s cheap but has a 2008 user experience that employees refuse to use. We built this with the assumption that employees expect to do everything from a phone in three taps, that biometric and geo-fenced attendance must work without IT babysitting, and that payroll has to actually compute India’s PF/ESI/PT/TDS or GCC WPS files correctly — on the first run, every month.

Common questions

Will it handle Indian statutory compliance (PF / ESI / PT / TDS)?
Yes — that’s the whole point. The payroll engine is built with statutory rules per state for PT, slab-correct TDS with regime selection, PF / ESI auto-deduction with employer share, gratuity provisioning, and downloadable Form 16 / 24Q / Form 12BA. We update tariff changes within the same Finance Bill cycle.
Does it support GCC WPS payroll files?
Yes — UAE WPS, Saudi MOL WPS, Qatar WPS, Oman WPS, and Bahrain LMRA file formats are all supported. Bank integrations include HBL, QNB, Riyad Bank, Mashreq, ENBD, ADCB, and most regional payroll-card providers.
Will it work with our existing biometric machines?
Almost certainly. We support ZKTeco, Mantra, ESSL, Suprema, HID, Anviz, and most TCP/IP biometric devices commonly deployed in India and the GCC. Vendor-specific protocols typically need a 1-2 week adapter.
How do we migrate from our current HR / payroll system?
We have migration tools for Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors (read-only export), Tally Payroll, and Excel-based systems. Standard migration runs 2-4 weeks depending on data quality and number of years of historic payroll to carry forward.
Can it handle field staff who don’t come to office?
Yes — selfie + GPS check-in with geo-fence per project site, offline-first mobile app with sync on reconnect, beat / route plan tracking, and OT calculation per geography. Used heavily by FMCG, pharma, and field-services teams.
Can we self-host on our own servers?
Yes — we ship a fully containerised on-prem build (Docker / Kubernetes) for organisations with strict data-residency requirements (defence, BFSI, government). Includes monthly patch updates and a hardened security baseline.
